Adopt/Design/PNGtuber
TOS

T.O.S
Purchase of an adoptable/design/pngtuber you are agreeing to the Terms Of Service.
____________________- Can raffle oc adopts just give credit were its due is all.
- FCFS. ( First Come First Served i.e. who every gets it first gets it first )
- No holds.
- If I use a base from someone credit to the appropriate artist is required as such: Base by "blank" ( the artist base I used ) and Colors by Shellycloverart.
- Have to credit me as the designer of the adoptable and artist of the image I made of the adoptable if posting anywhere, I am on Toyhouse,Twitter, and instagram as Shellycloverart.
- No refunds purchases are finale.
- No resell.
- Can Trade.
- Don't claim art image I created of an adoptable as your own.
- Wait Two Weeks before reselling. As there might be a chance you want to keep it or not want to trade it.
- Can make changes to the adopt. The adopt is fully yours so you have the right to change anything you don't like or add stuff. i.e. Hair texture, colors, clothes, race(with no hate or racist intentions), etc.
- I Can use all Characters/Adoptables I've created for Present/Future advertising of my work i.e commissions, adoptables, social medias etc..
- If you have a ToyHouse you can DM me to transfer the character. Do not delete or hide the designs from me. If you want to private the designs, please authorize this account on toyhouse shellycloverart.
- Name or Naming of adoptables can be changed, they are just there so I can add them to my kofi and social media accounts'.
- My adoptables can NOT be used for the following: NFT/AI's/bitcoin/crypto/AI training.
- Do not use adoptables for any kind of hate i.e. homophobia , racism etc..
- You can use my designs for : Vtubers, Pngtubers, Giftubers, Sona/Persona, and Mascots.
- Can purchase multiple adopts.
- Commercial price is included in adopt price wither you make products ( i.e. key chains, stickers, posters, etc.) or not. Commercial price is honored even when bought on a discount sale
