Do not resell the designs for more than it's value unless there's added artwork. Art pieces that add value: personal & commissions.
Art pieces that do not add value: Gifts or Art Trades.- Can Trade.- Don't claim art image I created of an adoptable as your own.- Wait Two Weeks before reselling. As there might be a chance you want to keep it or not want to trade it.- Can make some changes to character i.e adjusting patterns, saturating the colors or de-saturating. Not heavy changes to the point it no longer resembles the character because at that point your just making a new character.- I Can use all Characters/Adoptables I've created for Present/Future advertising of my work i.e commissions, adoptables, social medias ect.- If you have a ToyHouse you can DM me to transfer the character. Do not delete or hide the designs from me. If you want to private the designs, please authorize this account on toyhouse shellycloverart.- Name or Naming of adoptables can be changed, they are just there so I can add them to my kofi and social media accounts'.- My adoptables can NOT be used for the following: NFT/AI's/bitcoin.- Do not use adoptables for any kind of hate i.e homophobia , racism ect.- You can use adopts for pngtubers and vtubers aslong as credit for the design is visible somewhere and not hidden away.
